Our Preferred Guest program utilizes a 2-step verification process where a code is texted to you. This is why your registered Preferred Guest phone number should be a cellphone number with texting capabilities. No passwords to remember– yay!

You can earn points on every purchase (regular or catering menu) made directly with Rachel’s Kitchen including dine-in, take-out, curbside or delivery! For in-store purchases, simply provide your registered Preferred Guest phone number with each order. For online purchases, make sure you’re logged in properly with each order.

To redeem in-store, simply mention that you’d like to redeem your points at checkout (prior to payment) and provide your registered Preferred Guest phone number. To redeem online, after logging in click on your name or ≡ sign in the upper right-hand corner and select My Gifts.

Our redemption levels are as follows: 50 points can redeem any cookie, dessert bar, muffin or medium drink; 100 points can redeem any medium freshly squeezed juice or smoothie; 150 points can redeem any large freshly squeezed juice or smoothie; 200 points can redeem any entrée; and 1,000 points can redeem any 5-7 person catering.

Preferred Guest offers might include double points days, BOGOs, $5 off coupons and more! Each Preferred Guest offer is exclusive to you and your Preferred Guest account, and cannot be reproduced, transferred or used by anyone else.
